Six steps, and your dashboard always shows the next one.

  1. Set up your event

    Add the date, the venue and how many you can seat, and give the invitation your own colours and artwork.

  2. Add your guests

    Family by family, with names and WhatsApp numbers, or all at once from an Excel file.

  3. Send on WhatsApp

    A ready message and a private link for each family, one at a time, and then we ask: did it send?

  4. Guests reply

    Each person says whether they’re coming, and fills any free places with their companions.

  5. Entry passes

    Everyone coming gets a QR pass in their name, sent to them on WhatsApp.

  6. Check-in at the door

    Your ushers scan passes with a phone and see who has arrived and who hasn’t yet.

Before the day: the invitation and the reply

An invitation that looks like you, reaching each family by name, and a clear answer from every guest.

An invitation page for each family
A private link opens an invitation in the family’s name, with an animated opening and the couple’s own colours and artwork, a countdown, directions and add-to-calendar.
A reply for every person
Names are already filled in and each person answers for themselves. Free places are easy to see, so guests can add their companions, each with an optional WhatsApp number.
Sending on WhatsApp
A send queue takes you through families one at a time, with a ready message in their language. After each one we ask “Did it send?”, and the same queue sends reminders to those who haven’t replied, and resends.

Replies at a glance
Who’s coming, who can’t and who hasn’t replied, by name and by side. Record replies that reach you by phone, see every change, and export the list to Excel.
Capacity and waitlist
Set how many you can seat. Replies beyond that go on a waitlist, and nobody comes off it without your approval.

Questions everyone asks

Do guests need an app?

No. The invitation arrives as a WhatsApp link that opens in the browser, and the pass is an image they keep on their phone.

Which languages does it support?

Arabic and English, and each guest picks their own. You can also make it Arabic only.

What if the internet drops at the door?

The usher’s phone keeps the guest list, so scanning carries on offline and syncs when the connection is back. You also have a printed list as a backup.

Who can see our guests’ details?

Only you and your team. Each family’s link is private to them and shows nobody else, and there are no ads or trackers on our pages.
