Full refund within 7 days
You get your money back in full if you ask within 7 days of paying, as long as you have not used anything only the package gives: no invitations sent beyond the free ones, and no paid feature used (entry passes sent, table messages, door check-in, a bigger team or your own design).
After that
Once the package has been used, or after 7 days, we look at each request case by case: if something did not work as it should, we will make it right.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or write to [email protected] with the email of your account and your receipt number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment provider, usually within 14 days.
What happens to your event
After a refund your event goes back to the package it had before, with everything you entered kept.
